Class Descriptions
Buti Yoga
Your Soulmate movement. Fuses dynamic Asana, primal core movement, + cardio sprints. Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to sculpt and tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Buti means a secret hidden beneath the surface or kept secret… Get ready to dig deep and peel back layers of yourself each class.
Infrared BarreBell
Lift, tone, strengthen, and sculpt. Infrared BarreBell is taught in a warm class with basic kettlebell drills and weights. It can be done with or without kettlebells & weights, so this class is for all levels. Burst of cardio are done throughout the class. Expect to feel the burn & SWEAT!
Elite Barre
Precise, high and low intensity movements designed to sculpt muscles and melt away fat. Using light weights, along with balls, bands and energetic music, you will experience a true head-to-toe workout.
The Barre method:
Works your muscles to failure with tiny, isometric movements (while going easy on your joints).
Enhances flexibility while improving balance.
Lengthens, strengthens, and tones your whole body.
Increases flexibility and range of motion.
Elite Stroller
This Elite Stroller Fitness class is for moms (or dads!) who are looking for a way to exercise with their little ones. All ages welcome.
We will be in the courtyard in the plaza surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants. This is a 60-minute elite barre class. Prepare for multi-dynamic combination of barre work and resistance training for both upper and lower body. Get ready to lengthen, sculpt, and tone your entire body by working utilizing the stroller and other equipment such as balls, bands, and hand weights. All equipment will be provided.
*Please wear sneakers and proper clothing for weather. Class are cancelled due to bad weather.
I have been taking classes with Kayla for almost 1 year now and have really changed physically and mentally. These changes have come about in me because of my encouraging friend and teacher, Kayla. Throughout the past year I have seen extreme physical changes in my body. I am starting to fit into clothes that I never dreamed I could fit into. The past year I have stayed the same weight and have also grown in muscle. Kayla has also changed me mentally. She encourages me and is absolutely a role model. I feel like now I can accomplish things and push myself to the max. In her teaching, she incorporates what she is studying to be, a holistic health coach. A holistic health coach is someone who coaches and helps you become a healthier person. Barre is good for this because it is workout from head to toe. Kayla is always telling her classes to listen to their bodies but to try to push ourselves. I hope that this might interest you in joining, trying a class with an exceptional teacher and making that change to become a healthier person. I know that you will not regret it!
