Thank you for allowing me to support your journey with delicious and wholesome meal plans. This multi-day meal plan is carefully created to guide you through many tastes, textures, and recipes. My hope is that after following this meal plan, you will continue to use the recipes you enjoyed as well as add new ones or other combinations into a long term and sustainable routine for the rest of your journey.
This meal plan is a three day plan for each phase of your cycle: Menstruation, Follicular, Ovulation, Luteal. The plan incorporates delicious and nourishing meals and foods based on which phase of the cycle you are in to help balance hormones and eat in accordance to what your body needs at different times of the month. Also included a grocery list for each phase!
